Shipping
Continental US
Standard shipping is $5.95 — free on orders of $50 or more. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Guam and the US Virgin Islands. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Canada
Standard shipping is $19.95 — free on orders of $200 or more. Please allow 10–14 business days for consolidation and delivery.
International
Shipping is $29.95 on orders under $200 — free on orders of $200 or more. Please allow 14–20 business days depending on location. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shade not quite what you needed? Want to try something different? Or simply don't love it? You have 30 days to make up your mind.
Click the chat icon at the bottom of the page and enter your order number along with the name of the product you'd like to return. Within 24 hours you'll have a pre-paid shipping label in your email, ready to print. Our goal is to make your buying experience the best it can possibly be.
Certain items are non-returnable by their nature: all digital downloads, and scarves, which are custom made to order.
International returns
Canadian and international orders are offered as a customer service. Due to the complexities of international trade, returns and exchanges are not available on these orders. If a package is abandoned, you'll receive a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Refused packages
If a package is refused and sent back, 10% of the total price is retained as a restocking fee. If you'd like the package sent again, you'll be charged our standard shipping rate of $5.95.
If an international order is refused, or customs and duties go unpaid, your order will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Wrong address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we charge $5.95 to process and reship. If you'd prefer not to reship, you'll be refunded your product total minus a 10% restocking fee.
Pricing, Availability & Damaged Items
Prices and availability are subject to change. Occasionally a product may be discontinued — in those cases you're entitled to a prompt refund.
If an item is out of stock, we'll place your order on backorder and ship it automatically as soon as it's available.
If a product arrives damaged or broken, email us a photo within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Please note that product shades and ingredients may vary slightly from time to time. Refer to the ingredient list on the package you receive for the most current information.
Promo Codes
One promo code may be entered per order. Add an item to your cart, then look for the PROMO CODE field at the top right of the cart page.
Orders are processed immediately, so if a code isn't entered before you complete your order, we're unable to refund, cancel or credit the difference afterward. Promo codes cannot be applied to international orders, are limited to one use, and may carry a cap on the discount or apply only to selected products.

Digital & Downloadable Products
Digital products are non-refundable.
After you place your order, your confirmation page will display a line reading “The URLs for your online purchases are:” followed by your download link. The same link is sent to your email. This link can be opened once, within 2 days. Download your purchase to your desktop at that time using the PDF download icon. Enjoy!
